Any item bought from the DREAM FASHION website cannot be returned for a cash refund. The same can only be exchanged at our shop counter.

Any product which has been bought on the website can be exchanged or replaced within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Exceptions to Exchange: An item cannot be exchanged if:

1. Items have been used, washed, or opened.
2. The item is not received in the condition that it was delivered.
3. The original tag or sticker has been removed.

A 100% refund will be given only in the following specific circumstances:

1. If the product delivered is not the same as the items ordered.
2. If the product ordered is not available/out of stock.
3. If we are not able to deliver the product due to unavoidable circumstances.
